Minimum Booking Periods
» Off Peak 'Oceana Suite' bookings - two (2) night minimum at all times.
» Off Peak weekends - two (2) night minimum for all accommodation.
» Long Weekends (Labour Day & Queens Birthday) - three (3) night minimum.
» September School Holidays - three (3) night minimum for all accommodation & sites.
» 'Peak Season' (Easter) - four (4) night minimum for all accommodation & sites.
» 'Peak Season' (Christmas) - seven (7) night minimum for all accommodation & sites.
» All bookings during peak seasons must be paid in full 2 weeks before the peak period begins otherwise cancellation will apply.
» Weekend bookings are to be paid in full when placing the booking.
» NOTE: the cancellation fee for the peak periods is $100.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
» Bookings will not be held without a deposit.
» Deposits to be paid by card authorisation over the phone.
» To guarantee a reservation a deposit by Bank Cheque, Australian Money Order or Credit Card is payable. (We do not accept personal or business cheques, American Express or Diners).
» Details of a master or visa debit/ credit card must be provided for all cabins to be held until departure.
» Booking is subject to availability of accommodation.
» Minimum bookings may apply dependant on type of accommodation booked.
» Longer minimum stays may apply during school holidays and long weekends.
» Balance of tariff is payable upon arrival, by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
» Check-in time for cabins and villas is 2:00 pm.
» Check-in time for sites is 12:00 midday.
» Check out time for all guests is 10:00 am.
» Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when staying at Bribie Island Caravan Park. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Please read park rules on arrival
» Sorry, no pets allowed.
» Smoking in cabins will attract a $100 cleaning fee.
» A $50 cleaning fee is applicable if the cabin is not left in accordance with the notice in the cabin
» Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in the event of abuse or threatening behaviour
cancellation policy
• All bookings must be paid in full on arrival, we are unable to give refunds should you depart prior to your booked departure day.
• Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks from arrival date are not entitled to a refund or transfer.
• For cancellations received in writing at least four weeks prior to your arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $36 fee. However your deposit can be transferred without penalty to another booking within 3 months of the original booking provided that a specific date is nominated within that 3 month period. The deposit cannot be further extended if you wish to defer the date again.
